Life is basically an open-world RPG with way too many debuffs and not enough tooltips. You wake up and-bam!-you’ve got Tired, Anxious, Stressed, or Sad ticking away like background DoTs you didn’t even consent to.

But here’s the thing: every debuff has a counter. You just have to learn what yours are.

Feeling Tired? Maybe your counter is a nap, a walk in fresh air, or actual hydration (crazy concept, I know).

Feeling Anxious? Try a grounding spell - deep breathing, sensory check, or journaling crits.

Got Sadness? Summon your Support NPCs, watch a comfort show, or equip the Playlist of Power.

Stress debuff stacking too high? Hit your cooldowns - stretch, clean a small area, or step outside for a nature buff.

The trick is to be mindful enough to notice the debuff before it stacks to “Overwhelmed x10.” That’s when your brain starts spamming error messages and you’re out of mana for the day.

So take a minute and make your own Debuff Counter List. What works for you? What actually restores your HP instead of just distracting you from the boss fight? Knowing your counters is one part of creating a genuinely happy life - and keeping your raid (aka your nervous system) from wiping.

Remember: you can’t always prevent the debuffs, but you can manage them like a pro. Every small recovery move adds up to one big resilience buff over time.
